Now 10/13/22 spoke to an agent at agency and its still showing wrong amount and he advised I ask them to do it again.īased on the email thread below, AMC is obligated to give back $255 application fee. On 9/28 she states the correction was submitted again. She doesnt believe me and I have to resend the letter the first regional sent me. I got in touch with regional again and I get a response from another regional. However the amount at collection agency is still showing wrong amount. With out having a receipt or other end of money order we have to pay again. She goes and tries to find our deposit and cant find it. I get in touch with regional manager that has been first helping me and she guides me to another regional who has taken over. Few months more pass and I get a notice I was sent to collections and of course I write back and say this isnt mine and its been handled at property, but I get another letter saying it been verified and true. I go to turn in money order for ****** and didnt receive receipt from manager. I was able to get this handled and got the amount down to what was agreed. I noticed a discrepancy with move out date and thats when I got the regional managers involved. Few months passed and I received my move out letter at the wrong address.
The day of move out, the manager overbooked the only elevator for move out by 3 people this made me keep my Uhaul longer and cost extra. So finally I did and was passed my 60 day notice and accepted to pay some this. When trying to leave I could never get ahold of office to put in notice.
